This policy explains what we collect when you use EdgeForge, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.

Data we collect

• Account data — your email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Trading data you enter — trades, strategies, notes, tags, emotional state and screenshots.
• Subscription data — plan, status, renewal date and payment provider references. We never see or store your card details.
• Technical data — basic logs and error reports needed to keep the service running securely.

How we use it

• To run your journal, grading, analytics and insights.
• To manage your account, subscription and access to paid features.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse and fix faults.
• To send essential service emails such as sign-in and billing notices.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your trading records to advertise to you.

Who processes your data

• Hosting and database — our cloud infrastructure provider, storing your account and trading records.
• Payments — Paddle, which handles checkout, invoicing and tax as merchant of record.
• AI analysis — where you request generated analysis, the relevant trade details are sent to our AI provider to produce it. They are not used to train public models.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access rules at the database level restrict every record to the account that owns it, and screenshots are stored in private storage accessible only to you.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual records, clear sample data, or delete your account at any time; deletion removes your trading records and screenshots. Limited billing records are kept where law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact us at our support address and we will respond within the time the law allows.

Cookies

We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your theme preference. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
